When we talk about operationalizing AI, it runs right from start to end, and it isn’t just the technology in the center that solves the problem in its entirety.
It’s interesting because there’s a belief, and I think it still exists in AI in general, that there’s some magic that happens. The technology will solve the business problem.
When you consider adopting AI, I think you’ve really got to go beyond, we’re going to implement a technical solution in that location.
You’ve got to consider how we’re training staff as a starting point, how we’re getting them to adopt the solution overall, how can we integrate that solution into an existing business process, how do we make sure that we’re using the AI to augment operational processes that are already in place.
